Domino's Pizza Fulham Broadway

The place is clean and the staff seem OK. This domino's has always been a bit hit and miss, with pizzas not made as ordered. I would recommend you always check your pizza before leaving. On Thursday i went to Dominos and ordered two pizzas, the service to order was poor. After 10 minutes I asked when my pizzas would be ready as they weren't listed on the screen showing all orders. They couldn't find my order. After another 5 minutes of less than enthusiastic employees conferring with themselves, I asked for a refund. Hopefully this further deterioration in service (which is an achievement in itself) is related to the refurbishment.

This has to be the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Food arrived wrong as an allergy item was not removed from the order. So I’ve just paid £25 and have nothing to eat. You don’t answer the phone and we have been trying for twenty minutes solid. Thank goodness I hadn’t eaten a slice or I would now be in hospital. Appalling service and not capable of answering the phone. Avoid

Spoken on the phone three times. On the fourth time she asked my address.. again, unsurprisingly the wrong one, again. Literally the dumbest people I have ever spoken to on the phone in my life. Unable to listen to an order, type in an address, and send it to it.

Ordered chicken tandoori spice pizza but recieved beef! Anything more to say? Staff are lovely but get recruit staff who can get the correct order of the customer...

The Tuna pizza we ordered was quite well and also the anounced time for finishing in 10min was very accurate.
