Last week I discovered this hidden jewel in the heart of Mallorca , close to Inca . First of all I must say the location is amazing . The silence , the smell of the garden flowers , the sheep, the moon , the romantic atmosphere was simply stunning and totally unexpected. But the biggest surprise was the food I can't remember when I have eaten so well for the last time The chef come out and suggested the dish of the week a goat cheese salad and a frito mallorquin.
