Donatos Pizza - Réservation de table

I review tons of pizza joints and Donato's can make a very good pie. I had the Founders Favorite and it was really good. Banana peppers provided the perfect amount of kick. The pepperoni was great, but the sausage was just ok. Sauce crust were good, no complaints there at all. I ordered right after an annoying lady complained, but the very friendly lady working the counter bounced right back after dealing with the obnoxious customer and was just really nice. The order was ready nice and quick, which was great after travelling all day. I also got the cinnamon bread, which was delightfully sweet. Definitely not good for my waistline, but it was yummy and I recommend it! Keep up the good work D...

Dustin is his name, and he is by far the rudest person I've ever encountered. His behavior was a disgrace to the brand. He hung up on us and, remarkably, claimed that because we have faced consistent issues with our deliveries, we were the common link in the problem—essentially saying it was our fault! Can you believe that? I've never experienced anything like it. I genuinely wish you well, sir, and hope good things come your way, but I urge you to steer clear of customer service. It's laughable that someone like him holds a management position, and it reflects poorly on upper management for not being able to hire competent staff. Goodnight.

The Hot Chicken Pizza was really good but the Salty Caramel Apple Pie was finger licking good! Great service! My only issue was the restroom. There is only one toilet. But it was very clean and wheelchair accessible.
