We left on October 28th. by boat from Krems to Spitz. Right at the pier we stopped at the Donauschlössel because we were already hungry. That was a mistake!!! The location turned out to be a typical tourist trap for us. We had imagined something different when it came to Krautfleckerl. In the end it was stuffed ravioli, 5 pieces !!! , some of them not quite cooked through, with some sauce on top that was quite, for us, salty. There was nothing else there, no sign of being full and it cost 15.80 euros, so completely overpriced!!! There wasn't much on the menu, what we wanted to eat wasn't available until 2:30 p.m. I'm wondering, what's different at 1 p.m. than at 2:30 p.m.? If we had gone fur...
The terrace overlooking the Danube is a very nice place. That's why the visit is worth it, and you're happy to overlook small defects, a lukewarm coffee and an equally tempered, otherwise good apricot pancake. Service: 3 Location: 5

The waitress made an effort to clear a table for us. We had a vegetarian risotto, which turned out to be delicious, and drank an excellent wine (their own gelber muskateller).
Very beautiful place to relax. Prices are very ok and the staff is nice.
