Excellent dosa selection, perfect for vegetarians! Whatever you order, I assure you that it will be good. The restaurant has fast service and no frills. It is always crowded and vibrant but thankfully we did not have to wait for a table. Seems to be popular among the locals too. We had butter masala dosa and it was fantastic, and the portion is big enough for sharing. We also ordered other appetizers and the price was reasonable.
Delicious vegetarian food. Every plate in the tali had a distinct flavor, the naan had a perfect degree of crisp and chew, and the mushroom mutter had complex flavors. The food exceeded my expectations on every level and I can't wait to try more. The portions are generous and amazing value. It was very busy on a Saturday night and the staff was working hard. The music was a tad too loud for conversation.
Excellent food at extremely reasonable prices, and probably one of the best dosas outside of that Temple Canteen in Flushing. The plain dosa (5/5) is very well flavored, super crispy, and comes piping hot. Excellent with the potatoes and the chutney. The Chole Bhature (5/5) was excellent the Bhature was buttery, light, but still have a lovely doughy bite to it. Chai (5/5) was also excellent! LOVED IT!
Tried this place for the first time. The food was so-so. Have had better. There weren't many options for dosa compared to other places i've tried. Staff were very polite. The 1 thing i hated the most was that they charged an extra 8% for a table of 4 people. When asked, they said its their policy. I had never seen any restaurants do that. Definitely not going there anymore. Would not recommend it! Réservez une table maintenant
This place is goated!! We had Palak Paneer and Baingan Bharta for entry, Chili Garlic Naan, and Moong Dal Halwa for dessert. Everything’s so delicious. I personally like Palak Paneer the best. Mohammed and Tsering were so helpful providing excellent suggestions, and made us feel very welcomed. There are over 200 options, so definitely check out the menu first!
1. They were running the air conditioning when the temperature outside was like 40. We literally had to wear our jackets inside while eating. 2. The food was mediocre at best. It got cold really fast because the whole place was freezing. 3. The tables were wobbly it was kind of annoying. 4. Our stomach also felt funny after eating there.
Great South Indian 100% Vegetarian Dosa Place. Great food amazing customer service special mention to Server Mohamed for going above beyond to accommodate us even during this New Years super busy lunch rush hour. I tried Chefs special Nan thali loved it !!
The best dosas I ever had, glutenfree and also mostly vegan. Always friendly staff and the prices are reasonable, highly recommended! I have been eating at Dosa Delight so many times, and often times it’s the first place I go to after flying back to NY. Réservez une table maintenant
Amazing Staff. The taste is soooooo good and the prices are in convenient range. The people are amazing to serve you well and you can adjust the taste according to you spice range. The sweet and sour potatoes are amazing.
