THE RUDEST SERVER EVER!!! We had a party of six ready to spend $200 on a birthday dinner. I ordered a beer while we browsed the menu. Curiously, all the dinner items were marked as market price, with no board or sign to indicate what that might be. After ignoring us while clearing another table, the server finally returned to take our order. When we inquired about the market prices, she seemed very annoyed and rudely pointed at the menu, saying, "THIS is $19.95, THIS is $25.95, and THIS is $18.95," without explaining what the items were for others at our table. I witnessed our server pulling my green beans from the freezer and microwaving them, while the baked potato tasted like it had been left in the oven for far too long. The two older women working there exhibited the charm of a snake, treating us as if we were adversaries rather than valued customers, despite spending nearly $100 in this establishment. Not once did a manager come by to see how we were doing; the only apologies came from our young server and the line cook. Ultimately, I paid $25 for what has to be the worst steak in America. I could have gotten a better meal at IHOP for just $8.99, complete with eggs! It's frustrating because the restaurant has a beautiful location and a lovel...

Doug's has now been renamed Soda's under new ownership. I've heard great things about it, though I haven't had a chance to try it myself yet. If you go, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
