Siena Cafe is a wonderful spot to visit on the Upper East Side! I've dined here multiple times and the service is always outstanding. The cocktails are consistently tasty—especially the Amaretto Sour with egg whites. The gnocchi pesto pasta is a definite must-have. Although I’m not usually a big fan of pesto, the sauce here is perfectly balanced and full of flavor. For dessert, I love the affogato and pistachio cheesecake. In the summer, the outdoor seating at Siena offers a fantastic setting to enjoy a meal and catch up with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant—absolutely a 10/10!
