We ordered Garlic noodle this is not a Japanese menu, btw. I 've never seen it in Japan as a native Japanese lol), Tonkatsu, salmon and tsukemen. Tsukemen came 40 min after we finished everything else. Server never checks if you get the right food nor they arrive in a timely manner. When we asked what happened to our tsukemen, they said we got a lot of takeout orders . Ok..but why garlic noodle came in time and tsukemen didn 't?! No apologies for messing up the order. When tsukemen arrived, they forgot an egg that was supposed to come with it....
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the apple cubes in my salad. Horrendous customer service experience. Maybe ChowNow is to blame, maybe not. Yesterday I put in a huge order for takeout. Order submitted around 4 pm, requested food at 5:30 pm, got a confirming email. Then when I went to pick up the food, there was a sign saying that they were Temporarily Closed due to an emergency. This sushi restaurant is a good option for satisfying your sushi cravings without breaking the bank. We ordered takeout and everything was well-packaged. The Takoyaki (5 pieces for $8) was tasty but a bit doughier than expected, with only a small piece of octopus in each ball. The Spider Roll (5 pieces for $11) with imitation crab, soft shell crab, avocado, and cucumber was good but fell apart easily. I went to this restaurant for a family dinner with my mother, wife, and kids. Despite good reviews, the experience did not live up to our expectations. The staff was pleasant, but the service was slow. I was disappointed by the $40 chirashi, which seemed overpriced and was served in a disposable plastic bowl for dine-in. My wife's miso soup came in a paper cup, while other dishes were served on regular plates and bowls. To make matters worse, my mother was still waiting for her udon by the time we finished our meal. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant and do not plan to return in the future.
Ok I love this place. Love eating in the restaurant but they are the only restaurant I ordered from when all restaurants were only doing carry out that never disappointed. Their carry out is excellent. My favorite is the the chiragusis bowl, the yuzu roll and the garlic ramen noodles that are amazing. The quality is amazing.
I joined and supported this restaurant through Covid. Bought an annual Gold Membership for $100. Renewed the next year only to have the restaurant be closed for months at a time. There has been no communication about extending memberships, prices went up by 25% and portion size decreased dramatically. Very disappointing.
I was just thinking How much I enjoyed dinner last night. We returned for indoor dining after very reliable take out during Covid. Wonderful meal as always

My favorite sushi place around! Any of the rolls are consistently great. My favorites are the Cherry Blossom and A&A rolls.
Really sad that they were unable to reopen. Was a really great place, they will be missed!
