I had the rudest experience ever here. We ordered at 10 pm on their website. The delivery estimate was 10:59 pm. I called at 11:30 pm to ask about the status. The woman i spoke to (who said she was a manager) said she was too busy to speak with me. Itold her I just wanted to check the status. She again told me no, she would not check the status. She said they were running 40minutes behind. I asked her if this meant we would receive our food in 40 more minutes or if it would be multiple hours. Shesaid you 'll get it when you get it and then hung up. She refused to even hear the name on my order. Around 12:30 am, we stillhad not received our food so my husband went to get us other food. I don't know what's going on at this place since the last review that I did here, but I used to absolutely love this place. Now it's so grose my wife and I could not eat it and ended up throwing most of it in the trash. So completely disappointing. Justlook at the photos. Definitely not pepperoni bites. They wrapped like four slices and rolled it in a log. Under cooked it withno seasonings or garlic. They put a little garlic butter pack and some red trash pack on the side and served it to us withabsolute disrespect. Man they make some of the best food you can find at all hours until I think 4am. The pepperoni pizza bites are absolutely amazing and every single calzone is just as perfect. Most staff are great, but one or two that are just irritable, rude, andunfriendly which is crazy to believe. But even to the point my wife did not want to enter the few times they were working tograb food she had already purchased just not to have to interact with this person is terrible. Even so she sent me in and asrude as they are I'm still going to eat the pepperoni bites that someone else made because they are that amazing.
Employees tried to be stupid with me (white long haired male and short brunette female) and not give us our food after we had paid over 40 dollars worth of food? never had experienced that in my life. They definitely got the wrong one though. Service wasawful and food tasted terrible. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time. MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU YOUR RECEIPT IF UDECIDE NOT TO LISTEN TO ME!!!!!!

The sauce is absolutely terrible, like watery ketchup. The calzone itself was extremely greasy but I think it was really just that garlic aerosol that made it that way (and the garlic is, by the way, was a $1.95 upcharge). However, they were open lateand I'm very appreciative of the staff's exceptional customer service, especially considering how it was around 3am.
It's very small with no where to really wait then there's a bunch of fruit flies and the man cooking our food was touching his face scratching the food was as if it was made from a box and then say out before served to
Food was really bad nothing like the pictures forgot my milkshake disappointing pictures very deceiving and misleading sorry to say will never be back tenders are air
As for the vegetarian options, they're way overpriced. The cheese doesn't melt properly, making it taste more like flavorless plastic than anything enjoyable.
