I have a spilt opinion about this place because the food is actually really delicious so if you want a good Lebanese restaurant than come here and try it. However if you aren't a fan of bad customer service, then don't bother coming. They way it works is you order your food at the counter, pay, sit down and the food is brought to you in a timely manner. However to have the person at the counter greet you with "what do you want?" Went to d roost as it was a new return to go to, what a mistake.It took forever to be served 25 minutes from the time we sat down, other tables were severed before us as the staff knew the people at those tables and chose to walk past us on 4 occasions to attend their friends.And when we were severed we we given quite a cold shoulder, we were not made to feel welcome it was all so aggressive.The table was very greasy , did not have food on it it looked and felt like it had been wiped down with a really dirty cloth, music was very load hard to have a conversation with others sitting at tableThe orders arrived 40 minutes after taken way to long.The chicken was ok some orders a bit burnt yet mi...
I have eaten here three times. The first time the food was ok. Beautiful potato coriander dish. Kids nuggets meals huge. Chicken was nice. Second time a little less ok and the third time total rubbish. Chicken was dry and salty. But what is totally consistent with this place is the terrible terrible service. The staff at the front are dismissive and just plain arrogant. The wait staff are not much better. What is going on here. The prices are very high compared to other similar places like Jasmines. You can barely get a smile or even a grunt out of the wait staff. Three times is enough. I am not spending money to be ignored dismissed and looked at like were interferring in their day. Geez go...
Decided to try out this restaurant with my family as we love charcoal chicken. When we first arrived we were impressed with the layout of the restaurant. Very spacious, nice colour scheme and comfortable booths. When my meal arrived I was instantly disappointed. I ordered a chicken shish taouk plate. Salad looked dry and there wasn't much of it either. Garlic sauce tasted more like mayonnaise. The chicken wasn't bad but the other elements let down the whole plate for me.

I eat here atleast twice a week and i go with the family on a weekly basis for coffee and desserts and everytime its better than the time before. I highly recommend you come here and see for your self.
Bad food bad service to expensive won't be back much better places to go spend my money if you're thinking of going don't waste you're time you will be disappointed
The charcoal chicken is amazing as I am addicted to the taste. Restaurant setup is fantastic for family or friends for dinner.
D'Roost always has fresh, delicious food. The service is good and the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes.

Loved the food. We love middle eastern food so we had a good family lunch. My kids loves their food.
