Duck Donuts - Réserver une table

Ordered 3 donuts. One cinnamon sugar, blueberry with white icing drizzle and maple bacon. The cinnamon sugar one tasted like it was grease soaked and fell apart as I was eating it. The blueberry icing was very runny and by the time we got home most of it was on the bottom of the box and the maple bacon was ok. Didn't want the whole thing at the time so I to cut in half but the maple icing filled the hole and was like cutting into a rock. Flavor was ok but definitely to sweet. Couldn't understand what the associate was saying because he was mumbling and maybe the create your donut machine wasn't working because he asked us what we ordered. Would try again but if it's the same experience that...

No issue with the donuts, but the issues were with the workers. First, they were wearing earbuds, and I had to repeat myself several times!The other issue was I wish they had covered their hair! Because of the way it looks, and the way their hair is over the toppings station was disgusting!

No coffee drinks when they don't feel like making them. No sense of urgency. The type that put off everything even when they're clocked out, instead of just making my shake, conversation in the back more important. Just grab an overpriced donut and leave. Shake was ok when I finally got it.

Love this little place, exceptional donuts, friendly staff, so good that didn't feel guilty at all eating a second donut.Freshly made to order, without a long wait, you choose your own topping, or you can have the recommended versions, one way or another, you won't be disappointed.

Best customer service I 've ever seen. AS IN A HAD A GOOD LAUGH. Get a nice picture of a donut and throw that out! Standards of a place that know their past the tipping point, hopefully a nice dunkin donuts will buy it ?
