Dukes Bar Restaurant At Villiers

Each time I go here I think maybe it will have improved but sadly still so disappointing! Bar area doesn't have an identity, never many people in there, no working WiFi, average at best coffee. So much of the lounge area given over to the tea room. I noticed the interior has recently had a refurbishment in some areas and the bar lunch menu looked promising, but not sure where you'd sit to eat it...... Service: Dine in

Lovely staff and good food (we had the roast). One thing we struggled with was the facilities for baby changing. There was only a baby changing area in the ladies toilets. Perhaps worth considering adding something to the men's toilets as for anyone who is a single father etc this would be a struggle. My husband wanted to go and change our son as I was still eating my meal but I had to go due to him not being able to.

Steaks and apps weren't cooked to order and so difficult to cut and eat. Not worth the price. Atmosphere was ok. Service was lacking a bit. It was quiet which was great. No. Mention of our bdays even though we put it in the reservation. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
