So disappointed. Had a lovely walk around the grounds and gardens, decided to stop for a hot chocolate on the way back. Bought 2 hot chocolates and 2 kitkats. Just under £10. Not one member of staff seemed to smile, felt like they were there to tick a box. Hot chocolates were both cold. Cups handled around the top when I asked for replacements and generally shocking, don't really care, attitude. For a treat, it felt disappointing.
Confusing as to where to queue, I waited in what looked like a queue only to be told that it wasn't a queue for ordering. The old system wasn't great but it was better than this. Staff were very friendly but their system for collecting hot drinks wasn't great. Our soup arrived at our table whilst my husband was still queuing to collect our teas at the hot drinks counter which we'd ordered at the same time. But other than that it was great.
