we are on the way back from cumbria to derbyshire for a place to lunch. the staff was immediately welcoming and friendly, and eating was on site. it is a nice pub that I wished we were our locals so we could go more often. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the opposite. thank you!

if I could pick up this place and bring it to my hometown, I would. great service (some are great characters that they seem to enjoy a chat with the parachutes! , excellent eating (high recommend the haddock risotto! and a beautiful restaurant with great ambiente. comes back!

We absolutely loved this place, were travelling through the area and went of recommendations on trip advisor for a birthday celebration, couldn't have been happier, staff very attentive and food lovely, will definitely be back in the future and will recommend to friends

we stayed here on the way back from our vacation and it is the best meal we had all week had beautiful place, beautiful friendly people without pretentious and eating was amazingly willing to definitely again very recommended

had a 3-course menu and eating was absolutely delicious. would definitely recommend this place and the personal was also beautiful.
