Dunkin' - Réservation de table

I own an oversized truck that doesn 't fit through the drive through, therefore I have to go inside. I waited 5 minutes to have my order taken... Not to mention it took 5 mins before I was even looked at. I had to say hello 2x before they did look at me. I finally ordered my coffee ... I watched the time go by and by, 7 minutes later I was given my coffee. I asked why it takes so long when us unlazy people get up and go inside for service.... I was told.. Get this... they get paid extra if the customers are taking care of within a certain time period after ordering. Wow, so if you go inside expect to wait longer then everyone in the drive-thru including the people that come after you.

I tried to give this girl a chance after she messed up my order the first time. The second visit, I tipped her, but she still prepared my order the way she wanted. By the time I went in for the third time, I specifically requested no cream, yet she added it anyway and removed all the ice from my iced coffee. I'm not returning. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. They really need to hire someone more capable. She's unprofessional and clearly lacks training, which is ruining my mornings. Don’t they understand that my life runs on Dunkin'?

I went to the Dunkin' drive-thru two consecutive Saturday mornings and ordered food. Unfortunately, the food was cold and undercooked on both occasions, with the first order even being frozen. I won’t be returning to order from there again.

Be cautious when ordering coffee from this establishment. I requested the employee to add ice to my drink, and I saw him using his hands to scoop the ice. Réservez une table maintenant

It’s always a pleasant experience with the staff here but it can be a pain to get in and out of if traffic is heavy
