I attempted to use the bathroom, but it was locked, as I expected. Unfortunately, one of the employees referred to me with a derogatory term, which I found extremely disappointing. I used to enjoy visiting this Dunkin', but my experience has significantly declined since the new manager took charge.
I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this Dunkin'. My nitro coffee was only about one-third full, and when I brought it up, the staff just said that nitro coffee is mostly foam and then walked away without any further response. On top of that, the coffee tasted watery and stale.
On February 19, 2022, at approximately 11:45 AM, I encountered an issue at the drive-through with two employees who refused to give us tap water, insisting that we purchase bottled water instead. This behavior was unacceptable, and I feel that immediate action should be taken against them.
I had a disappointing experience with my order at Dunkin'. It took a long time to arrive, and my donuts were left out. Additionally, I ordered an iced coffee, but received only about half a cup. Réservez une table maintenant
This is one of my favorite places to get coffee. The quality is consistently excellent. I especially love the double chocolate donuts!
