Picking up a order that was a ice coffee and a bagel sliced with original cream cheese and I was asked what I was picking up Took order out of printer then made the coffee waited 4 minutes ask how much longer and just looked at me and didn't respond The order pays 3 dollars and I was waiting for 11 minutes for a non toasted bagel I unassigned because it was another 10 minutes to deliver Just can't afford to waste that much of my time I have bills to pay
I placed a large order today, August 31, 2023, spending over $150, and I have to commend Brianna, who took my order. She was incredibly sweet and ensured that every single drink and donut was perfect. The rest of the staff also did an excellent job. Brianna truly deserves a raise for her patience with my large family and for making sure everything is right every time I visit. I appreciate her consistently great service. Love her!
