I was really disappointed with the customer service. Instead of frying my bacon, they microwaved it, and they accidentally placed someone else's bacon in the fryer. I also ordered a bagel without cheese, but they added cheese regardless. The staff member appeared to be uninterested in his job, which only made the experience worse. Overall, my first visit to Manhattan Bagel was terrible.
The food here is truly delicious and fresh! I really enjoyed the classic croissant, the iced coffee, and the cookie. I'm saving the veggie wrap for dinner. The portion sizes are generous, and everything is carefully packaged.
Everything was served piping hot and tasted amazing, and it was more affordable than a nearby restaurant while being just as good. They even gave me a little bag with sugar and cream for my coffee, along with a straw.
The bagel I tried was decent, but it was typical of a standard bagel shop that serves fast-food quality. Compared to that, Hot Bagels nearby provides noticeably better quality and freshness. Réservez une table maintenant
I decided to take a break from fast food and discovered this gem. The sandwiches are freshly made and provide excellent value. The bagel was toasted just right and was absolutely delicious.
