I have visited this location many times with only minor issues, but today was different. I placed an online order through the Dunkin' app and went to the window, only to be told by the staff that the two donuts I ordered were unavailable. I understood that, but when I asked for a refund for the items I didn’t receive, the employee reacted with attitude towards me and my wife. They said I couldn’t get a refund and that I needed to contact corporate or call the number on the receipt for assistance. This is unacceptable! Update 1/8/2020: Since moving back to town, I've been visiting this place fairly regularly in the mornings. I have to say, the morning staff is outstanding. They are all really friendly, especially the manager, Kevin. When he sees me walk in, he already has my coffee ready. Today, when I was feeling particularly cold, I went through the drive-thru, and he told the cashier to wish me a good morning. It’s such a lovely way to start the day at 6 am. I’ve also been there during the evening shift, and I found everything to be a bit questionable, so I wouldn’t judge the place based on that. Overall, it’s not bad, and my orders have been correct. Just a note: they’re not open 24 hours.

I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for years, and the staff has always been fantastic. Recently, a young woman named Anne Marie has truly been a wonderful addition. Every morning, her friendly attitude and positive energy add an extra boost to my day, alongside their great coffee. Thanks, Dunkin' Donuts, for the delicious coffee, and Anne Marie, keep being the bright light you are; it really makes a difference!

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back again and again. I was a regular until I moved. Ugh, I wish they were here in Naperville. I was a regular so they were on top of it for me. Sometimes, my iced coffee would come out different but eh, it happens. I used to be a barista so I?m understanding but they workhard here.

I really love this location! They treat regular customers like me wonderfully and always try to get us through the drive-thru as quickly as possible.
