Absolutely terrible customer service! The employees were extremely rude and talked down to both the customers and each other. I tried to inform a young woman working there that she had money sticking out of her back pocket. I started with, “Excuse me…” and she snapped back, “Don’t talk to me. Talk to one of them.” When I attempted to let her know again about her money, she retorted, “I GOT YOU! I CAN’T TALK!” This same young woman even spoke harshly to her co-worker, saying, “You can’t understand? Use your senses! They want a raspberry tea! You need to make the tea!” I will never return to this location again!
The owner refuses to give employees W-2’s on time and then also gives W-2’s to employees who never received a check. I have contacted Tim MULTIPLE times for my W-2 and have been either left on read or it’s been going straight into the garbage. I had to extend my taxes due to his negligence and I really need the money right now. Thank you Tim for showing your true colors and having zero sympathy for me when I had a migraine so bad that I could barely keep my eyes open.
This is always my go-to stop on my way to the office. My order is always right and the service is generally great. I will say though. The new young lady working the drive thru Thursday morning 5/25/23 could use a little more training. She seemed very short and unfriendly when taking my order. Otherwise, the regulars working there are always great
When to get 2 ice coffees there and the person who took my order this morning at the drive thru needs to learn some manners cuz she was rude when i was ordering get i got to the window she was arguing with a co worker if you dont like your job then dont work in a fast food

I placed my order on the app 15 minutes before arriving at the location. When I got there, I was the only customer, but my order wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive it. The service was very slow.
Every employee is rude in this location, and its a very unsanitary establishment!! One of the female employees stuck out the drive thru window and started screaming at me!!Don't go here!!
They’re always very rude! And they always have the bathroom locked even though it’s a law that a food establishment it’s supposed to have a bathroom available.
Please work on perfecting your iced chai tea lattes. This location has the worst service; the attitudes are just awful.
