I did my order (sandwich and coffee) by phone. The sandwich was ready to pick but the coffee no. Many guys arrive after me did order and took the order. I asked for woman but she moved to do another things. I just pickup my sandwich and I left, because I had been waiting for a long time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The worst Dunkins ever, I swear they mess my order up on purpose. Got a tea with sweet and low they forgot to add the sweet and low. Had a bagel cream cheese on side when I get to my destination. Bagel not toasted and loaded with cream cheese, stay away from there, they will ruin your morning.
All of the graduating seniors at Boston College were handwritten a note which was the sweetest and kindest thing. This place always gets my order right and everyone is always so friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
On day I came here the coffee brew is mild but not watered down like other locations and staff was nice. Small store. Did not experience student rush as other reviews probably time of day.Take out only as of COVID 19. Réservez une table maintenant
I never write reviews because i dont like effecting a business online but this was not it. The lady literally filled the cup of just syrup. I watched her, she also took insanely long and I missed the T.
Roughly 30 people waiting inside amidst the pandemic. Manager was yelling at her employees the entire time in front of all the patrons. You're better off walking the extra 15 to Cleveland Circle.
The staff at this restaurant are really friendly and efficient, despite the fast pace of serving college students. The donuts are a popular choice for students on campus during their busy times.
