I come every single morning and the staff is amazing. Like a previous reviewer said they hustle! The drive through is sometimes out to the street and while inside is bustling they're on top of things! I expect an oops here and there because literally everyone has them but they always correct it. This world is not an easy one to deal with the way the public has become more frustrated and impatient and the people at the front at the window and register are subject to abuse they don't deserve. Kudos to my favorites there they often make my day and not just with my coffee! And the manager who is so delightful!
Awful service, I went on the drive thru and order a few drinks, I needed to order more but they shut the screen on me so I figure “I just add it at the window “, well not, the girl said I couldn’t add more items at the window instead I needed to pick up my coffees and drive around and order again or go inside, of course all this was said to me in a rude way, then she literally smashed the window in my face.I’m never going back to this place although is the closest to where I live, I rather drive a little more and go someplace they actually care about customers.
If you like warm ice cream in a stale cone, then the Lindenhurst store is for you! Sundae was a hot mess. Half scoops of ice cream that started off in one cup and was dumped into another. Perhaps you could train your employees on sanitary procedures. Its pretty disgusting to watch someone wash dirty containers and use her same dirty, wet, ungloved hands to make an order. If I could give this location no stars I would. Do yourself a favor and walk 1 more block to Carvel.
The service was rude, and there was a complete lack of customer care! I’ve never encountered a place where you can’t choose the donuts you want in your half dozen. When I suggested three strawberry sprinkles and three Boston creams, the woman had an awful attitude and responded with, "Okay, what do you want?" It's clear that they need to learn some basic manners! This isn't the first time I've had issues at this location, either!

This place or should I say its emplyees lack manners and some common courtesy. Been here a few times ordered multiple coffee's, staff has never asked if I want a cup holder, secondly when I do ask, they just throw it on the counter and walk away. Business rule #1, treat customers like you want them to come back...
Pretty decent place, definetly not as bad as some of the other reviews suggest. It's just really annoying ordering here because of how hot it gets inside even outdoors on an 80+ degree day is cooler than inside this store. I feel so bad for the employees, you can't stay there 10 minutes without feeling nauseous
Today was my birthday and Arianna I hope I got her name right) made my iced coffee perfectly. She was kind and courteous. She made my day that much more special.I will definitely be back every time I'm in the area. Thank you for excellent service!
The bagel was so drenched in butter that it was nearly inedible. This feels like a heart attack waiting to happen. The service here also leaves much to be desired.

The cashier mixed up my order, and instead of cream cheese, I received butter on my everything bagel. To make matters worse, the bagel wasn't toasted properly.
Nice hot dripping cup to drip all over your pants. Have fun at work. They don't give an AF.
