In 2022, I arrived at the restaurant around 7:59 pm looking for a small iced coffee. The woman working there told me she couldn't make it because she had already cleaned the machine. When I asked what time they closed, she said 9 o'clock, so there was still an hour left to serve customers. However, she never made the coffee for me and I have not returned to the restaurant since then, as there are always issues with their service and offerings.
They need to check their bagels more often. Ordered a bagel and went to work. Only to not be able to bite into the bagel. I wear braces, my teeth are sensitive. But that bagel is not edible, very very hard and stale. Now I have no breakfast, very disappointing! Won’t be ordering again.
This is possibly the worst Dunkin ever. Don’t go here for anything unless you’re into being disrespected and Ignored. The lines are ridiculous and when finally get to the front they will mess up your order. horrible service and horrible food . I would give 0 stars if I could.

best Donuts/Munchkins in the subway boston, never stale. the personal is decent. the place is cleaned regularly, inside and outside seats. cans for loading. parking space, convenient location.
Had an apple cider donut always look forward to it around this time of year they only have it for a certain time in the Year wish they had the apple cider donut all year long.
The staff at this restaurant is always very attentive and accommodating, and they are clearly well-trained in providing excellent service. Réservez une table maintenant
Didn't honor national coffee day on the Sept. Wed. the 29th.Bad service. Don't suggest it. Good dunkins are right around the corner.
