This Dunkin' donuts used to be the one I would drive out of my way to go to. Now the new owner has taken away homemade donuts and coffee rolls and getting them chipped in just like every other dunks So now we'll be going to honeydew up the street cuz they make their donuts in house and also donut King saying bye bye to this last standing Dunkin donuts that was once awesome you can do as many res you can do as many renovations as you want but if the product isn't good no one's going everybody's talking about it that they're leavin. Yuk! First time here in several years and figured I would check out the new store. As they no longer make goods on site I expected a let down but this was an elevator crash from the tenth floor to the basement. Horrible taste to the donuts little filling, stale, tasteless and soggy. Grew up going to this place and I guess I've grown up enough to know better than ever going back. My wife spat hers out. Those donuts are disgusting she just said without asking. Like flushing 7 bucks down the toilet Hostess makes better donuts She's right. Maybe not about the Hostess.
I went to this restaurant over the weekend and overall, they are good. However, the girl at the counter seemed confused, she tried to charge me twice, gave me drinks I didn't order, and forgot part of my order. I had to drive back home and back again, and she didn't even apologize. This negative experience has led me to choose other Dunkin' locations for my coffee and breakfast in the future. It's a shame because the restaurant is usually run by nice people, but one bad experience is enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

Do not bother coming here. What happened? The drive-thru used to only take 5-7 minutes, but now it takes 10-15 minutes or more. The orders are consistently incorrect and they never have cold beer available. The app is never updated. Since the restaurant was sold, the quality has declined even further. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
Tired of still having to wait for mobile orders that should be ready upon arrival. I order 10-15 min before leaving the house and only the coffee is ready and I have to say something to them about the latte. Every time I have to wait another 5+ min for my order. What's the point of ordering ahead! Trying a different location from now on
The new owners just ended a beautiful franchise. This was the busiest Dunkin in the world because they made the donuts on sight and the last Dunkin to make donuts on sight. Until the new owners arrived.They fired the last 2 bakers so no more variety and big donuts anymore. They ended all the good stuff.
waits in the inner for a long time only one person on the counter it must have been about 8 other people who work again in the opposite. the commands were always wrong, maybe less I start hearing the customer. Major downgrade, this at one time was the best and busiest Dd in the country, the new owners have moved to mediocre off site bakery so they now serv stale and tasteless food. They took a winning combination with the best store in the country and ruined it. I won't be back and I suggest you don't go
