11/2/21 8:30pm Pit stop on a long drive up from South Jersey. I went up to order a couple of food items and a beverage so I wouldn't feel bad using the bathroom. There was a young and elderly man working the night shift. I can't believe how incrediblyaloof and disrespectful the younger cashier was. A for attitude. This restaurant has been my favorite spot for several days now. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I've been a regular customer for nearly two years. One employee, in particular, Bhupindra, always welcomes me with a smile; he is by far the friendliest person I've encountered in this city. The prices are reasonable, and the service is speedy and efficient. The restaurant is always clean, making for a fantastic overall experience. If I could, I would rate this place 6 out of 5 stars. They consistently serve quick, delicious drinks without any errors.
This Dunkin' location is the closest one to me, but it has consistently been a disappointment. I visit many different Dunkin' locations and even when I order the same drink here, it never measures up in terms of quality. I have tried a variety of drinks here, but they always seem rushed and the taste is consistently off. Even the cold foam, which is barely noticeable, is not up to par. I have requested more foam several times, but it has not been done here as it has at other locations. From start to finish, my experience at this Dunkin' has been awful.

As a daily visitor to this restaurant, I've noticed a steady decline in both cleanliness and service. The trash bins are often overflowing, and the seating areas are not well-maintained. Additionally, the service tends to slow down considerably when ordering ice cream or food. It's also frustrating that orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff seems to have difficulty with the English language. It's quite puzzling that this coffee shop doesn’t provide lemons for tea, especially when other Dunkin' Donuts locations nearby do.
The restaurant was not clean, and the staff was unfriendly. It was a very unpleasant experience. Today, the cashier rushed my children and me and wouldn't assist me in getting a spoon for their ice cream. Once we settled at our table, another employee began sweeping right in front of us, stirring up dust. When I asked him to stop while we were sitting there, he simply pointed to other tables, as if suggesting we should move. Overall, it was a very unsanitary and unwelcoming experience.
I have been to this restaurant multiple times, and each visit has been disappointing. The two women at the register are very rude; they often interrupt both customers and other staff. The only friendly people here are Sam and a young man who makes sandwiches. They are helpful, kind, and generous. I hope management will take action regarding the behavior of the two women.
Just came from this Dunkin, not only did they get our order wrong and wouldn?t take initiative and responsibility on getting the order wrong.not only did they over priced on us on an order that shouldn?t be $20, the customer service is horrendous. Themanager is yelling at us instead of trying to help. Never going to this Dunkin again.
