Tried to order ahead so there wouldn't be a wait but kept getting a message that this option was not available. Tried numerous times during the ride to the location. Finally worked in the parking lot. Upon entering, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed with orders. In their defense, they were working hard to catch up. The young lady, who seemed to be the manager, kept praising and encouraging the staff, telling them to breathe and not get overwhelmed. She was great. I just placed an order through DoorDash, and I have to express my frustration. Sure, one might blame the dasher for mishandling the bag, but did he also magically remove the creamer from the coffee? There’s no hazelnut shot, no cream, no sugar—just black coffee without a lid. It really seems like my drinks were thrown haphazardly into the carrier before being handed off to the dasher. Typically, I order a large iced macchiato and spend between $7 and $10 on my coffee, but it seems like my order was treated as if it didn’t matter just because it was a $3 coffee this time.
At this breakfast fast food spot, the service is anything but fast. It seems there’s only one person handling nearly everything, and while I commend her for her effort, the need for her to rush around to cover for others seriously impacts the quality of the food. The drive-thru lady has a fantastic attitude—she's incredibly sweet—but unfortunately, the rest of the experience just isn’t up to par.
I've been going here for over a decade and I have never seen it this bad.After driving through all the potholes to get to the drive through, I ordered my coffee the way I like it only to get a plain black coffee.I figure it might have been me placing my order wrong.So, to check out my suspicions, I went through again(same order-same results)Someone there don't really care about their job.

I myself have stopped by here several times and have had very good service and the donuts ? are great this is the only Dunkin donuts that I can buy my coffee rolls from the staff is very polite and friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant Parking: The parking lot is too be repaved and more lights.
The restaurant had no food options available as everything was out of stock. However, it does have a wheelchair ramp for accessibility.
This one is more efficient, has the product you want and service is great.
They never have any donuts.
