I worked at this restaurant for two and a half years and after my experience, I would never eat at KFC again. The chicken they sell is often expired and smells bad, sometimes even turning blue. The cooks do not properly clean the chicken, leading to the risk of stomach aches and illness. The management is ineffective at keeping employees in line and following regulations, with rats and roaches being a common sight during inspections. I have witnessed rats eating bread and crawling all over the equipment. The managers are disrespectful and speak negatively about both customers and employees, creating a hostile work environment. Went to drive- through today. Apparently, asking a perfectly sensible question was just too much. Seems employee was just waiting for her chance to give a completely uncalled for, sarcastic answer. Oh, BTW, what ever happened to saying thank you to a paying customer?
Well the app now has the famous bowls but apparently if you order it without gravy they ignore that. It was ready quickly and much better than waiting in the drive thru line but when you don't get what you ordered- it's disappointing.
I was pleasantly surprised by this KFC location. Our order was taken quickly and the chicken was fresh and perfectly crispy. We even ordered extra chicken and it was delicious.

I haven't eaten at KFC in over a decade, and this visit really reminded me of why. It's just not good. Head to Chick-fil-A at the next traffic light instead.
oily chicken, it seemed to me like it was fried in old oil.ice machine was not working.the quality and portion size were very small. I DON'T RECOMMEND.
Very welcoming atmosphere, the service is unmatched with fast orders and great food amazing people. Been going there for years already.
The service at the restaurant was excellent, however, the chicken was not up to par. It appeared old and soggy.
