I visited this location this afternoon and felt compelled to highlight the exceptional service I received from the staff. They were incredibly efficient, even while managing a large volume of orders. I noticed another customer becoming quite upset because he hadn’t received his coffee within about sixty seconds of ordering, but the staff managed the situation with the utmost professionalism, working hard to defuse the tension despite facing disrespectful comments. James, a new employee at this store, truly stands out and is a great example for others, as he consistently delivered excellent customer service. I highly recommend visiting this location; you won't be disappointed. Just a heads up...
I enjoyed ?my stop? at the Dunkin'? I arrived around 7 PM and pulled up to the speaker, where I waited for nearly five minutes before the employee said, "Give me a moment; I’ll be right with you." I replied, "Okay," and waited another five minutes for him to return. When I drove up, there were no other cars in line and no one in the lobby, just a few people chatting. When he finally asked what I wanted, it felt rude because he didn't say, "What can I get you?" I inquired about their brownie batter donuts, only to be told they were out. I understand that by the end of the night, they might run out of items, but I had spent nearly 10 minutes in line just to be told they didn’t have the one thing I came for.
I came through the drive thru this morning and one of the older ladies was being rude to her employee I asked the employee what the lady name was and she said Lisa. I wanted to write a review on this because I found it very disrespectful how she could sit there and belittle someone who was trying their best. You should put someone in charge like that who belittles their employees instead of correcting them in a manger manner. This isn’t the first time I’ve came by and she was doing this and I feel like something should be done about this. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back if this continues

Bad day at Dunkin! Staff was rude and untrained. Ordered a drink, handed them my $15 dunkin cup and then charged me the full price of a drink to fill it instead of half price. When I questioned him he said the register wouldn't let him do it so there was nothing he could do? Ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for salt and pepper, the guy making the sandwiches rolled his eyes and handed me a huge handful of packets and walked away. I took the one packet each that I needed and left the rest on the counter. Won't be going to this location again. Mondays are bad enough, I don't need this kind of attitude added to it.
I came for a coffee, hashbrowns, and a breakfast sandwich. I did a mobile order for faster service but I still had to wait over five minutes because they burned the sandwich. after getting to my destination, I realize that I received a burnt sandwich ANYWAY and literally four hash browns . I also asked for a strawberry and grape jelly. They were so old it didn’t even spread. There was no juice. Nothing it was like a toy. Thanks a lot.
I was have one bad day at here. When i was give him 20$ and my order only 5.11$. And he was changed to me 4.89$. Then i was ask him many time about this mistake. But he still say i just give him 10$ however i only have 20$ in my wallet. This is last time i come here and never come back again. It is true. if they want they can check your camera by themself.
While the Dunkin stores may have a somewhat bland color scheme, the enthusiastic staff definitely made up for the lack of ambiance, making the visit well worth the walk inside.
