Avoid the drive-thru at all costs. Navigating the two sharp turns poses a high risk of scratching your car. After picking up your food, you'll have to pass by several dirty dumpsters, which can really ruin your appetite. It's quite unpleasant. The drive-thru setup is inappropriate and definitely needs to be addressed, along with the cleanliness of the dumpsters. On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant is sufficiently clean.
There is no drive-thru, but that's not a big deal; they took care of me promptly. I have a friend with a serious gluten allergy, and when I inquired about gluten-free options, the cashier seemed quite confused. I also had some difficulty getting my questions across while ordering for nine people. Despite that, they did a great job overall.
This Dunkin' location is by far the worst when it comes to overloading drinks with ice. The staff fills the cup with about 85% ice, which is unacceptable. No other Dunkin' I've visited has been this careless and unprofessional. I didn’t pay for a cup of ice; I paid for a coffee or latte. It's really disappointing.
