I went to this dunkin this morning and ordered in person. I bought a latte, donut, $6 meal using my dunkins app with the deals but the cashier was very disrespectful and didn’t provide a safe atmosphere in my opinion..Once the order came out; my latte that I asked for whipped cream on top had no whipped cream. I asked the person that made my drink for whipped cream but she said no and that they charged extra for whipped cream. The last time I bought this drink, there was no issue with it and I had the whipped cream on top. 2nd when I tried ordering my $6, I asked if I could add certain stuff to my coffee as in pumpkin swirls or any other extra flavors but she kept saying medium ice coffee on...
This Dunkin' is the best place for coffee, lattes, fresh donuts, and sandwiches. I highly recommend it to everyone. The service is quick for take-out orders, making it perfect for breakfast. The prices range from $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 rating. I recommend trying the Egg and Cheese sandwich and the donuts. There is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.
I am only giving this restaurant one star because I have to. I recently had a terrible customer service experience at this establishment from a man named Sam who claimed to be a manager. The way he handled my issue was unprofessional and did not reflect the behavior expected of a manager. I will not be returning to this location in the future. I dined in for breakfast and the price per person was in the $1-10 range.
I usually order from here because I work around. As you can see on the picture I order with extra ice and this morning as I am picking up I see my cup needs ice and kindly asked the person for extra ice and the employee said it’s a $1 fee I didn’t mind paying for it but if I already asked for extra ice and don’t see enough I should be given extra ice. Anyway just a thought Service: Takeaway

It took a long time to get our food, to the point where a car honked behind us. They didn’t charge us for two items, even though we told them, a drink and a bagel. The drink they gave us, after getting it wrong, was extremely rushed and leaked the entire time. When we drove off, there was still a whole line of cars waiting. I always receive my coffee just the way I like it! I do wish there was a separate drive-through line for online orders. The line can get quite long during busy hours, but my coffee is always made correctly. Overall service: 5 stars.

Too rude idiots on the drive thru speaker calling names and poking fun. So unprofessional and disrespectful. They lost my business. Grow up!
