Awful service when it comes to mobile orders as if the staff isn’t trained properly or also if you step in after 4pm.Only frequent this place Because i have no other option for coffee before work and during breaks. Mobile orders are ALWAYS missing items, i order 2-3 times a day, maybe one of those orders is complete if I’m lucky. You have to stand there and maybe you’ll get some assistance from one of the zombies in the crew, maybe a cup of coffee would help them??? Besides 2-3 ppl there the crew is awful. Lazy and ignorant because i don’t know what else you could call it. I’m sure many many others can agree with my experience.
i was in hurry so i went to drive-thru and staff can not understand what i need, i repeated many times to tell them what i need and when i reached to window they still didn't get my order properly and when i said its wrong then they said sorry that somebody else order and took it back and then they offered take it for free.i think they need to improve their order taking machine at this location because i don't have any issues with any other branches or any other locations.
This Dunkin' is the best place for coffee, lattes, fresh donuts, and sandwiches. I highly recommend it to everyone. The service is quick for take-out orders, making it perfect for breakfast. The prices range from $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 rating. I recommend trying the Egg and Cheese sandwich and the donuts. There is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.
I am only giving this restaurant one star because I have to. I recently had a terrible customer service experience at this establishment from a man named Sam who claimed to be a manager. The way he handled my issue was unprofessional and did not reflect the behavior expected of a manager. I will not be returning to this location in the future. I dined in for breakfast and the price per person was in the $1-10 range.

I recently got false orders. I'll be there 2-3 times in the week in the morning. I'll get different donuts when I order. Although I didn't throw without speck, I was choking in my sandwich. I know this is disrespectful, totally unacceptable, but I can't go back, I'm already home.
I always receive my coffee just the way I like it! I do wish there was a separate drive-through line for online orders. The line can get quite long during busy hours, but my coffee is always made correctly. Overall service: 5 stars.
I visited a nice, clean Dunkin' Donuts. My order was prepared quickly and tasted good. I was disappointed that they didn't have my favorite donut though. It seems that a donut with vanilla cream (not Bavarian) is hard to come by.
This morning, my parents went to a coffee shop and the lady working there refused to give them their order and even called the police on them. The customer service was lacking and the lady was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Ok in store service. But their drive thur aervive is another story. No the staff, but they really need to fix their intercom at the drive thur can't understans a word from their staff.
