Went to DD today. Bought a donut, bottled soda and asked for a cup of ice Later I looked at the receipt. They had the nerve to charge for ice with no signage stating that would happen or the employee's notifying me of being charged extra. Had I known, I would have told them to keep it. Not a very reputable establishment. What else do they sneak past the customer? Buyer be where here.?
A great dunkin location. Ordered my mobile order from inside of the parking lot and it was done within 3 minutes. Got a large caramel iced coffee and a large pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. Both were delicious! I have had caramel iced coffees made wrong by some locations, but this one made it great. Will definitely order from here again while in the area.
