This isn't the first time I've left a bad review for this Dunkin'. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's the closest one to my home—just one block away. My first negative experience was due to poor customer service from the manager. This time, it's about my order. I order ahead every morning before work, and this is about the third time they've messed it up. I always get a medium iced coffee with cream and three swirls of hazelnut syrup, but they never add the syrup. It's frustrating to have to throw away my coffee because they don't include the hazelnut. The Old Country Road Dunkin' location is definitely much better!
This Dunkin' is conveniently located for me, which is the only reason I've visited more than once. Unfortunately, the customer service from every employee has been terrible—unfriendly and with bad attitudes. It's really disappointing, and I intend to call and speak with the manager, Azma.
I really adore the coffee at Dunkin Donuts; it's truly the best in the city! It's my favorite place for coffee, bagels, and muffins. Everything is tasty and of high quality! The staff is cheerful, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely rate them five stars!

Great customer service never have a problem going there and they’re always being respectful and kind to others. They automatically know what i’m going to order since i go there everyday Lol. 5 stars isn’t even enough

Updating my review because the old manager is no longer there. Very welcoming and they always have my coffee ready on time! The employees are always with a positive attitude
I didn't get any of the donuts I ordered. There was no notice that they were out of stock; instead, I only received powdered donuts. This was disappointing.

The sandwich was fantastic, and the drink had just the right level of sweetness.
