Dunkin' - Réserver une table

0/0 do NOT recommend. Will also be filing a complaint with corporate. This was the most unacceptable experience I have had. I was doordashing, says go inside. Went to do so, all the doors are locked but there are two people just using WiFi at the tables and then one customer ordering. So I go and pound on the door bc the drive thru line has one car in front of me for over ten minutes just sitting there idle. When I ask if there is a certain time doors close or how they accept door dashes etc. they said no we locked all the doors bc we are busy. I walk to this Dunkin every time I spend time back in town. Everyone smiling prompt courteous and friendly. Order prepared quickly and correctly. Place is always clean, great group of people that make you feel welcome!

Stood in line for awhile. Then zero eye contact, zero hello, Nothing... just stood there awkwardly waiting. So RUDE! I WALKED OUT. Why bother!???

now i KNOW making one single iced coffee doesn’t take nearly 30 minutes to make. They’re just standing around and doing nothing.
