This Dunkin Donuts has the unique advantage of being right next to the South Amboy Train Station. The primary idea here is to get yourself a quick bite or coffee and get going to your train. This almost turned into a disaster for me on Saturday afternoon, as I came in at a rather quiet time, and just ten minutes from my train. It appears that this place is always short of staff and acquiring new staff who also don’t know what they’re doing. I went here for rapid on the go pickup and the lady cooking the food made everyone’s order who came in after me and not my food. Which should have been prioritized as a go order. Then the manager came over saying that someone must’ve took my order. Keep in mind she never even made it in the first place. I was given a very stale everything bagel at the Dunkin Donuts in South Amboy, NJ. The one located on. N Broadway. I realized it at home when I went to bite it. It was hard and rubbery. I couldn't even bite through it. I tried calling the location but their number is conveniently not working. I had to go elsewhere and purchase another bagel, fresh! First time I encounter this at that location. Don't they keep track of their bagels. They cut it in half for me. Im sure they could tell how hard it was, unless they didn't care. This place cannot get an order right. You would think that all the dunkin donuts have an automated machine for the amount of creamer and sugar to put into each drink. Every other dunkin donuts that i have ordered from for 3 creams and 3 sugars taste the same. Try getting that at this location and you will end up with all cream and a ton of sugar. Take the extra time and go to another location. Raritan street dunkin will make you a coffee thats drinkable. They are busy, but is worth it to get something you paid for that you can actually drink.

Owner is just seems unhappy all the time.. Was at the counter trying to order and he looked like he didn’t want to be there . The negative energy he was giving off was overwhelming!! Give us attitude the whole time. Will never go to that one again. He made it uncomfortable and unwelcoming..
Wanted a Sausage Egg Cheese. They had no Sausage. Unacceptable for such a franchise. We don’t have time in the morning to walk out empty. Please get your act together.
Best to come in here in the morning/noon. The night shift is always putting in wrong orders at the register or closing food drinks early but keeping the doors
I don’t think they have once gotten my order correct. You would think ordering on the go would help but nope not here!
