This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've encountered in Pennsylvania. The wait times are excessive, and even if you place an order online, you should still expect to wait! Additionally, they often struggle to get your coffee order correct. We've made the decision to boycott this location because of the poor customer service and the inconvenient 10-minute wait just for a cup of coffee, coupled with frequent mistakes in orders. The staff seems disorganized and appears unhappy in their roles.
They're making an effort, haha! Remember when they used to make donuts every four hours and had about 30 different varieties? Times sure have changed. They got the order in front of me wrong, the one behind me wrong, and my order was incorrect too. There was even an online customer standing there with bags of food he didn't order—what a chaotic scene! In the end, everyone got what they needed, and sometimes you just have to laugh at the situation.
My first visit to this Dunkin' was disappointing. My coffee wasn't filled to the top, and when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the employee barely applied any cream cheese and only on one half of the bagel. I requested more, but she had an attitude about it, and the bagel still ended up tasting almost plain.
I suggest avoiding this Dunkin' location if you value your time and want to avoid mistakes with your orders. The service is consistently slow, and they often mix up or completely forget what you ordered. It’s better to go to a different Dunkin' nearby. Réservez une table maintenant
I don’t plan on returning to this restaurant. It has a very generic atmosphere, making it better suited for a quick morning coffee and donuts. If you’re thinking about placing a group order, I wouldn’t suggest it, as accuracy seems unlikely.
