We would like everyone to know that this particular Dunkin’ Donuts is extra special. We actually have one located very close to our home but choose to drive a bit further to this location. If you are lucky enough to be served by Larissa your day will start out in such a pleasant way. Larissa is so friendly and smiles at everyone. She is very consistent with your order and checks on you to make sure you are pleased. It is so refreshing to find a dedicated employee today; she definitely deserves this recognition. The ghetto! This girl forgets to ring up my cream cheese and yells that nahhhh she gotta pay for it in the most ghetto tone of voice. Luckily the person slicing my bagel put a cream cheese in the bag. If I see her at the register I will gladly walk out. This location is closest to my job but they make coffee elsewhere. Rudeness with that one is real! Tall, dark, mean-spirited with ridiculous fake lashes.
I’ve never seen humans that were still alive move so slowly. Two customers and it took 20 minutes to get my order done and then reheated. They get one extra star because they were friendly. Or else it would’ve been the lowest I could give. If they had a drive through running the cars would back up to Orlando.
