There's zero service and the atmosphere is terrible. Couldn't go through the drive through so went inside. You have to order off of a kiosk which is slower then a 7 year itch. The employees refuse to take cash unless you are going through the drive thru but they have a tip jar out for CASH tips. Makes a lot of sense don't it. Dunkin should be ashamed of this location.
This is by far the worst Dunkin establishment I have ever visited. 9:30 am on a Thursday. They have only two varieties of munchkins left... several of the good donuts are sold out. Staff walking around in circles with people waiting. Pass on the this place... drive a bit further and visit one of the local coffee shops. There are plenty.
Honestly such a terrible location. I don’t understand why the blonde male manager would even continue to work here when he’s THAT miserable. Huffing and puffing while doing the job HE chose to do. Such terrible service. Drive a little further to the next location, you’ll be better off. He’s miserable every. Single. Day. So
This is the worst dunkin Donuts when it comes to service, Most orders are botched, then when one complains they threaten to put in a police report for no trespassing . What great service, I suggest you avoid this establishment. Very badly managed. Réservez une table maintenant
Guy with blonde hair balled up my sandwich is threw it at me when I went to return it for being ice cold. Dunkin’s should shut this location down until they can find a crew that is remotely ready to deal with the public
Omg, PATHETIC! No one will help you with kiosk! No cash?!?! Are you kidding?! I ask the moron making the breakfast orders if the bag in front of me was mine. Her response “How would I know”. A real gem
We prefer to go to this Dunkin's even though it is out of the way of where we normally stay. The one in town that we've been too always gives us issues.
