I was never in this Dunkins before until the other night, I figured it would suck like most of the Dunkins on LI these days, serving non fresh old food and old donuts that aren't even made on premises anymore but trucked in from Queens or whatever. Worst Dunkin’ ever. The staff makes you repeat the order 3 times and somehow still manages to get it wrong. They are rude and just rush to throw orders out. The quality has really gone down and I noticed it’s under new management and that definitely seems to be the issue. Luckily there are other locations close by. Never coming here again
I have been to dozens of Dunkins all over the East Coast and it's ironic that the WORST one based on order accuracy customer service is one of the closest to me! They have mixed up sugar and artificial sweetener on multiple visits, so be extra careful if that matters to you.Btw, this location wasn't always awful. It used to be my go to!
Don’t waste your time or money here, service is horrible and the guy that works here is extremely rude. Came here for a milkshake and when I placed my order he did nothing but roll his eyes and slam everything around and complain it was too complicated. The milkshake was more milk then ice cream. This place has really gone down hill

Staff is extremely rude I put in a mobile order and the man gave me attitude saying “well we didn’t get it” it went through the app and I payed for it but it didn’t go through there computer not my problem…great service…
Go to this store often and most of the time they scan my app and then tell me it's d online order or points only. That's not the case. I use my app at several stores and never have this problem.
They make a delicious frozen hot chocolate. Few dunkin donughts do. After approximately a dozen visits this particular one hasn't disappointed me yet.
jayani is extremely rude. not only for me, but I see it with others, I often come here, but today was the last time.
