If you want your coffee made inconsistently good come here. If you want the wrong food order given to you come here. Dunkin' needs to start a consistency rule and better training for its branded stores. Starbucks is very consistent as well as other coffee shops. I can count on one hand my favorite Dunkin shops and I have 4 fingers.
