absolute worst situation in the opposite. Drive-thru order-taker is rude and the girl that works the window is one of the most miserable people I've ever met. she has been working there for years, I don't know how she still has a job. they don't come almost as often, but I have to remember just skipping it because it's just an annoying experience. Today was so bad that I just pulled out of line when I tried to order that it wasn't even worth the effort.
Absolutely miserable people working there especially at the drive thru when taking your order. It’s harder to be nasty to people than it is to be nice. Will drive out of my way to a Starbucks now where people talk to each other like decent humans.
Extremely rude people. There are times where I can get a respectful Dunkin Donut employee taking my order but most times they speak to you with nasty attitudes. I do not recommend this location
