The person who took my order failed to enter in that I wanted the CHOCOLATE Caramel swirl/syrup added to my coffee and when I pointed out her mistake... it became obvious that she did not even KNOW they had it! OK... she 's obviously new. No problem. But to NOT OFFER UP AN APOLOGY... to not say I 'm sorry and leave it up to other employees to fix things... THAT indicates BAD TRAINING on the part of the store 's managers. This would not have happened at a Starbucks... and not at MOST other Dunkin 's in the city.

Best Dunkin experience by a long shot! Ordered a $6 meal deal. Coffee was PERFECT, and the food came in a box which, to my surprise, included ketchup and napkins without having to ask for it! It's going the extra mile with little details like these that make my day. Thanks to the crew working around 6 am on September 17th! All the other Dunkins should take note and learn from this team Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff at this restaurant are the worst I've ever encountered. They lack basic customer service skills and don't know how to communicate with patrons. One employee, in particular named John, has an especially poor attitude. If I could give this place zero stars for service, I would, but I had to select one star just to leave my comment. They truly deserve no stars at all.

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. Despite having only three people in front of me, my order was still slow to be processed. They ended up serving someone who paid after me before they even took my order. Réservez une table maintenant
