Great place for a Coffee! My Crew and I, have been coming here for 10 years pretty much every morning. Even when busy the Staff are polite and courteous. One of the Contractors asked me for a place to grab a Coffee and I suggested the Intervale Shop. The Contractor pointed out several Bad reviews, and one also targeting the Manager. We pointed out that Lexi and her staff, are always on point, whether that be using the Drive thru or walking inside. We have staff who stop here pretty much every morning, usually on the way to the Ski Areas; oft times meeting here to grab some food Coffee. Please just get a different manager at this location. I ordered two dozen donuts, and realized I would probably need one more dozen. The girl there, don't even know her name, said I need to call ahead and come back tomorrow. I called the dd in North Conway, the manager was very apologetic and even gave me a dozen donuts for free to make up for it. The girl here is a bully and deliberately refused service to me. I had many guests waiting for donuts during the busy holiday weekend. I went through the drive thru twice, and then drove all the way to North Conway, just to get a dozen all because the employee at this location wanted to throw a tantrum. Lately, I'm obsessed with their Maple Bacon croissant. At local locations, it comes out messy and rushed. Here, is where the Dunkin Gods must reside! The lines for drive-thru and walk-ins were ridiculously long, but they managed to move things along at a reasonable pace. When I finally got my order, the croissant was grilled just enough that certain sections were burnt just right, the bacon was perfectly maply and eggs were soft. I don't know how else to explain it, but this it the best made Maple Bacon Croissant I have ate yet! Even with all the crazy lines, they managed to put in the work, easily 5 stars!
This has to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts locations I have ever been to. Tried ordering food at the drive thru, one person was slow and kept repeating the same item, another person came on and was quick and EXTREMELY RUDE. They yelled at my husband for asking for something they ran out of. We left without getting the order, I will starve before I give this location my business. Service: Take out

It is remarkable how every time I've ordered from this location my order seems to be wrong every. Single. Time. Coupled with the staff's sour attitude no matter what time of year or day, I'd steer clear of the Bartlett location. Clearly, the influx of rude, entitles tourists from southern New England states has ruined this one, coming from a local. Service: Take out
If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Lexi (Manager) is a joke. I only know her name because of her name tag. She could care less and that trickles down to the rest of the employees there. While I was there she cursed out a customer and I was appalled. Done with this place. Rude. Disrespectful. Definitely not management material.
