I enjoyed the food and coffee at this Dunkin’, but the staff seemed quite unhappy. One day, while I was waiting for my order inside, a staff member asked what I was waiting for. When I mentioned my order, they responded curtly, “It’s coming,” as if I were the one causing the delay. On another visit, I went through the drive-thru and politely requested some napkins that were missing from my bag. The woman at the window rolled her eyes and practically tossed them at me. Overall, my experience left me with a negative impression, despite the good food. The issue really lies with the staff's attitude.
The food was enjoyable, and the coffee was great as well. The waitress who took our order was cheerful and courteous, even while managing a large number of customers. My only complaint is that to exit the restaurant, you had to walk against the flow of the line. We were seated at a table, so that was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it was challenging to get out of our parking spot since many spaces were obstructed by the drive-thru.
I ordered two black coffees, but strangely, they didn’t taste identical. The second one had a peculiar flavor. How difficult can it be for Dunkin' Donuts to make a simple black coffee? It was Veterans Day, and every middle-aged man around me was asked if he was a veteran. The ironic part is that I’m 60 and never got asked that question.
Older woman with a nasty attitude at the window gave me my half dozen donuts in a bag, and the donuts were all melted and stuck together and looks like they had been sitting in the bag for two days. My children didn’t even want to eat them and then she was saying nice day, I said thank you and she goes ‘yup’. Horrible customer service.

The person at the window has a bit of an attitude problem. She gives a really unpleasant look while handing over the food. If you're not happy working there, no one is making you stay. I always say "please" and "thank you," but she just pushes the food through the window. It's not difficult to smile; maybe she should try it sometime.
This DD has the CLEANEST public bathroom I have ever seen. It was well stocked, spotless, and cool inside. I can say literally nothing about the food or drinks because we only used the bathroom (sorry DD . The staff are also friendly (ran into one coming out of the bathroom! . Buy their food!
The restaurant and restroom are both very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food and iced tea are excellent too. This Dunkin' has a blueberry munchkin that my usual location doesn’t offer, and it’s absolutely delicious!
America thrives on Dunkin'. I always have a great time sampling their new coffee flavors, and my kids adore the variety of snack options available at Dunkin'.
