I wanted to share some important pricing information. I purchased 2 egg and cheese sandwiches on croissants and a small coffee, which cost $12.02 at a restaurant. The egg and cheese sandwiches on croissants were $4.50 each and the small hot coffee was $2.85. However, the same items at a Dunkin' Donuts on Boston Post Road in Port Chester, NY were much cheaper. The egg and cheese croissant was $2.99 and the small hot coffee was $1.95, making the total only $8.66. The pricing difference was almost 50%, which I found to be crazy. I ordered the simple big coffee with less ice. the coffeemaker could not understand what means “less ice” after I repeat it six times. also has accused me of an additional dollar for water and tried to do me with a donut. hallo? as multilingual I would understand all the above mentioned language problems, but I really can't understand that this coffee, which tastes like water, looks at the light brown! if they need coffee to refresh, I recommend them to go into the freezer to get the monster. avoid this situation if I want drive safe
Stood there awhile before being ask what I wanted and we were the only people in the place. Maybe they give people time to decide, but I only wanted a coffee ...... No Brainer. DD employees are still heavy handed on the sugar and I asked in advance to go easy. It was still to sweet, but the employee adjusted it. My son got donuts and I had one. It was borderline stall, but it hit the spot.
Coffee is absolutely terrible. Every single time. I try giving it a chance every time I stop through but it honestly keeps getting worse. Either the coffee is just really bad/old or burnt, or the guy in the morning does not know how to make a coffee. Dunkin Management needs to check in on this location see what is going on. The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly! Despite being busy, they still managed to treat every customer and fellow employees with kindness. I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10.
