I understand that this place can get busy, but waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through only to receive the wrong order is unacceptable. They either need a new franchise owner or the current owner must acknowledge the need for more staff, as the restaurant is consistently understaffed. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're just stopping off the highway. I really hope the franchise owner reads this and takes action, whether that means hiring additional help or making changes, because being so understaffed doesn't make sense.
This Dunkin desperately needs new management, it’s giving the franchise a really bad name. The drive through is painful, they pretty much act as if you have all the time in the world and can wait. I live close by and I keep going there to give them chances but I’m about to go somewhere else, even if I have to drive an hour.
I don't visit often, which is a shame. I work in an office that has a coffee machine, but sometimes during lunch, I crave a coffee and maybe a donut or two. Joel was remarkable during my visit. When I say he went above and beyond, I truly mean it. I'm really grateful for people like him who make the afternoon so enjoyable.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. Isn't this supposed to be the main training location for employees? It's ridiculous! I waited 33 minutes in line on a weekend afternoon at just 12:34, and even after all that time, they still got my order wrong. Thanks for ruining my day!

I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for quite some time now. Marco is always friendly and incredibly accommodating. He really goes the extra mile to ensure your order is accurate. It’s a lovely spot to unwind. I highly recommend this coffee shop over all others.
I work from 4 PM to 1 AM, and I really value how quickly and efficiently they manage everything. Additionally, the parking situation is great, with plenty of spaces available for all types of vehicles, from small cars to trucks with trailers.
Horrible service or incredibly understaffed. They always forgot something from your order or take a very very long time in the morning. Got there at 5:42 and had to leave the two car line at 5:58 empty handed.
This place is really good. Everyone makes mistakes, but I find it confusing when I order four sugars and only receive one. Four and one don't sound alike at all.

I believe the wait time was unnecessarily long. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to serve ice cream.
