During my two visits, I experienced chicken sandwiches that seemed to be made with day-old chicken. They were dry, tough to chew, and stringy. I'll give it one more chance, but not in the morning—only after 1 PM. If the quality doesn’t improve, I won’t be coming back to this location. Customers should be made aware of the situation and offered a discount, or all the chicken should be fresh at all times! I was quite hungry and in a hurry!
I've tried the chicken sandwich from KFC twice during my visits, and both times the chicken was old—dry, tough, and stringy. I gave it another chance in the afternoon, but it was still disappointing. If this continues, I won't be coming back. Customers deserve to be informed and offered a discount, or KFC needs to guarantee that everything on the menu is made with fresh chicken at all times! I left feeling hungry and frustrated.
Terrible experience at KFC tonight! This was the worst meal I've ever had at KFC. The chicken was incredibly dry, as if it had been overcooked and left out all day. Such a disappointment and a complete waste of $35. I could have gone elsewhere, spent less, and enjoyed something edible. I do not recommend this KFC location and certainly won’t be returning. The menu options didn’t help either.
I ordered a quick takeout meal to be ready by 8 PM. However, when I arrived at around 7:55 PM, the food was cold and soggy, clearly prepared long before the scheduled time. I placed my order around 5 PM, and it felt like the meal had been sitting out since then. The soda was flat and the ice had melted, while the chicken was incredibly dry. KFC was garbage I waited 15 minutes burn order six people got their order before me and I arrive before them despite my order being pretty big 6 people ahead of me had smaller orders no communication Waka staff only two people working and the employees what do you like you're dumb and not important as a customer so I left
Did a online order got home the chicken looked completely disgusting I took the order back to the store and got a new order of chicken then I was missing a few things I ordered never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I ordered a special meal that my grandson and his friend really enjoyed. For only $6, they got a drink, a biscuit, a leg, a thigh, and mashed potatoes with gravy. It was an unbeatable deal!
