I used to love stopping by for a quick donut and coffee without breaking the bank like I would at Starbucks. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered two coffees with a shot of espresso and two donuts, and my total came to $16.47—more than I would pay at Starbucks! Dunkin' no longer seems to offer a reasonably priced cup of coffee. It feels like they're simply charging more for a flavored syrup in hot water, which isn't worth the steep prices. After this experience, I won't be going back to any Dunkin'. This restaurant consistently delivers a fantastic experience! It’s definitely the best Dunkin' location in the area. In contrast, the one on Main Street in Stroudsburg is quite disappointing. They frequently get my order wrong and take far too long to serve it!
I give Alexis 5 stars! Typically, my drink is often messed up during my visits, but the other day, she made my coffee exactly as I wanted it. Thank you for paying attention to my request and doing such a fantastic job!
They are not that friendly there and they are always missing up your order. I was on line and I waited 5 mins before someone actually acknowledge me. They don't have the greatest customer service skills at all

The coffee was delightful, and the sourdough breakfast sandwich was enjoyable too. However, it was only lightly toasted, and I was really hoping for that satisfying crispy crunch in the bread!
I had a doctor's appointment just down the street and noticed that there was one chair in the restaurant that had boots on it. This made it look quite unusual and almost invisible.
Burnt food shouldn't be served to anyone. Just because it's not a typical issue, there's no reason to offer it through the drive-thru.
