We happened to be in the area Newberry’s was a delight. It was pouring out, so it wasn’t very crowded at all. Service was good, food was delicious. Hubby son in law had burgers raved about them. I had the chicken with roasted peppers spinach in a ciabatta roll. It was very large, I couldn’t finish it but it was so good. Daughter had the flatbread, didn’t love it but it wasn’t inedible. Fries chips that came with the sandwiches were very tasty. I would return again when back in the area
We were in town for a wedding, and overall, the staff was incredibly friendly. The service could have improved, but there was an event happening downstairs. That said, the food was quite good for what we expected. If you're looking for a fun spot to grab a few drinks and a quick bite, this place fits the bill. It offers great value for the money, and the burgers were delicious!
Made a reservation and we were seated in the Hideaway Bar in the basement ; nice but not what we expected. We were told it would be 25-30 minutes for food which we understood. We saw no reason why it took about that long to be acknowledged and get drinks! Barry, we have always enjoyed your place but not this time! Reservations upstairs and walkins downstairs!
Here’s another review to remind everyone that while they do accept reservations through OpenTable, they don't honor them and act as if they have no record of them when you arrive. In my case, there were 10 of us, including 4 hungry kids. They are clearly aware of this issue, yet it continues to happen. Réservez une table maintenant
We waited over an hour and a half from the time we ordered our food until it finally arrived, and most of it was cold. There weren't many diners at the restaurant, so I don't understand why the wait was so long. To make matters worse, the meal was quite expensive, and the food wasn't even that good!
Ashara was amazing! Please give my girl a raise! Service was top tier! We stopped in for a couple of drinks and she made our night. The place before had a bartender that was not pleasant at all and Ashara was a breath of fresh air. She engaged in conversation! Thank you again to Ashara!
This restaurant does not actually use OpenTable. We drove 20 min from Camelback to have dinner here with our kids and were told that they don’t respect reservations made through the Opentable platform and that we would have to wait 40 minutes. Unbelievable.
We waited for 10 minutes at the door even though we made a reservation and then sat at the table for 30 and didn’t get any service so we got up and left. Very poor management. Réservez une table maintenant
Our server was amazing. She was always there when you needed something. Exceptional service.
