I was very disappointed with my latest visit to the Sycamore Grille. Earlier in the evening, I told my boyfriend I was taking him to what would be his new favorite restaurant. I have always loved this place! There was a very large party at the restaurant and it appeared as though another party in their banquet facilities. One would expect the service to be slow, but we felt forgotten tucked away in the back corner of the restaurant. Appetizer was the only good thing here, the service was slow over 2 hours to get our entrees, ordered steak medium and it was overcooked,tough,flavorless, my wifes entrée was the same no flavor and they missed a side order, ran out of lobster tails substituted 2 for the smaller size, food came to the table with only 1 tail after dinner was almost finished they came with the second tail and still forgot the side order, very disorganized, would not go back if I was paid to eat there
A pretty good place for the area. Good service. Food came out hot. Ambience was definitely a plus although might be a little noisy for some. The main issue is that they do not seem to be Open Table friendly. They work off a hand written sheet and had to go somewhere else to find our Open Table reservation before they would seat us. However, they corrected the issue. Another plus was their ability to handle gluten free requests.
Hostess was rude and ignored the reservation I made by seating multiple families ahead of us even two others without a reservation. I asked if she was going to honor our reservation (made through OpenTable) and her management decided to take her out of helping us. Our server was very nice and tried to make up for this person. Food was average and theme is more Octoberfest/German than the name leads on.

Highly recommend. Waited just a few minutes for our table. Wait staff mostly efficient and definitely (though not excessively) friendly. I had the seabass,.which was delicious. Tried their signature salad dressing. My husband had a Buffalo chicken wrap and liked it. Chocolate cheesecake also good. Nice atmosphere. Love the old.pictures of the area.
Great food but service needs serious help. Not sure if the waitress was overwhelmed or was just a poor server. Service was very slow and several items were forgotten. Food was delicious though.
Service and food was amazing. The music was incredibly loud and we found ourselves packing our dinners to go mid way due ya not being able to hear ourselves speaking on our date night.
The service was awful the waitress was not friendly it was so bad at the end of the night I wrote on the receipt “ worst service ever please take me off you email list “

Good food, nice music, and pleasant staff. Visited during Labor Day weekend-mid-week. Quiet unassuming setting with New Orleans style decor.
We had an excellent dinner with good food and great friends. The beef tips are fork tender and the Elderflower Cosmos delightful.
