Every time I visit this restaurant, I experience the worst customer service. The staff, especially during the morning and afternoon shifts, behave like it's a frat house—yelling, joking around, and seemingly taking forever to prepare orders. Just the other day, I saw them tossing my bag of food back and forth in a playful manner, and it ended up dropping. They then asked me to wait another five minutes for a completely new order. The only apology I received was from the girl at the window, who laughed off the situation, assuming I would find it amusing too. Any time I come here it’s the worst customer service. The employees(mainly morning/afternoon staff) treat it like a frat house..yelling, playing around, and almost purposely take forever to make your order. They literally threw my bag of food to each other jokingly the other day and dropped it causing them to tell me to wait another 5 minutes and make a whole new order.
